Swipe, and it’s gone
Dismiss a notification in a hurry and getting it back means opening each app and scrolling up through the chat.
Notification inbox for Android
NotiBox keeps notifications from 24 messengers — WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, LINE and more — sorted by chat, right on your phone. Swiped one away? One search brings it back.
01 / 06Why
Dismiss a notification in a hurry and getting it back means opening each app and scrolling up through the chat.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, LINE… first you have to remember which app it even came in.
The meeting spot, a shared link, parking directions — always missing right when you need them.
02 / 06How it works
No setup, no account. From then on, notifications collect on their own.
Give NotiBox notification access in your phone’s settings. The app walks you to the right screen.
Each chat notification is sorted by messenger and chat, and kept on your phone.
Search, per-chat photo albums and pinned chats bring past notifications right back.
03 / 06Try it
These are sample chats. Type a word or tap one below. In the app, tapping a result jumps straight to that message in its chat.
All names and chats here are made up.
04 / 06What it does
Messenger → chat → conversation. Sender names, profile photos and times read like the real chat.
Search names, chats and text, then narrow by messenger, photos or date (today, 7 days, 30 days). Tap a result to jump to it.
Read what arrived in NotiBox first. You don’t open the messenger, so read receipts stay as they are.
Long-press or swipe to pin important chats to the top, and put your messengers in the order you like.
Get a separate heads-up when a message contains a word you chose — like your name in a busy group.
Can’t answer now? Get reminded about a chat in 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours or tomorrow morning.
Show recent notifications — or one chat you care about — on your home screen without opening the app.
When a photo comes with the notification itself (for example in KakaoTalk one-to-one chats), it’s collected in that chat’s album.
The same text repeated many times folds into one line, and chats you don’t want kept are never saved.
Supported messengers
NotiBox only collects notifications from the apps on this list. Notifications from any other app are not saved.
If a messenger’s notification preview is turned off, it may only send “New message” and the text can’t be saved. Messenger names are trademarks of their owners; NotiBox is an independent app not affiliated with any of them.
05 / 06Private by design
Notifications carry what other people said to you. So NotiBox was built to keep messages on the device only.
Notification text and photos are stored only on your phone and are never sent to a server.
It never sends messages or controls your messengers. It only keeps the notifications that appeared on your phone.
No name, email or phone number. There is no account at all.
An anonymous device code (once, for the free period and misuse prevention), install-source measurement, anonymous usage statistics you can turn off in Settings (which screens and buttons are used), and Google Play billing — nothing that contains your messages.
Clear chats inside the app any time. Uninstall the app and the saved conversations are removed from the phone too.
06 / 06Pricing
Prices are shown in your local currency on Google Play. Purchases and cancellations are handled by Google Play.
FAQ
No, NotiBox is Android only. iPhone doesn’t let apps read the content of notifications sent by other apps, so the same app can’t be built there.
24 of them, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, LINE, Instagram, Discord, Signal and KakaoTalk. Notifications from apps not on the list aren’t saved. Each messenger puts different content in its notifications, so text may be missing when previews are off.
No. NotiBox saves notifications that appear after you turn on notification access. Earlier messages can’t be brought in.
No, it’s read-only. You reply in each messenger as usual. While you read in NotiBox the messenger isn’t opened, so read receipts don’t change.
Message and notification text and photos stay on your phone and are never sent to a server. What leaves the device is message-free: an anonymous device code, install-source measurement, anonymous usage statistics you can turn off in Settings (which screens and buttons are used), and Google Play billing. See the privacy policy for details.
Saving notifications and the chat list stay free. Opening past chats, search, export, the widget and keyword alerts continue with NotiBox Pro (monthly, yearly or lifetime). Everything saved during the free period stays.
Use Export in Settings to save your history as a text file wherever you like. Moving it straight into NotiBox on another phone isn’t available yet.
If your phone’s battery optimization pauses NotiBox, notifications that arrive meanwhile can be missed. Exclude NotiBox under Settings › Battery, and check that notification access is still on.
